Residential Remote Support

Remote Management by Max Focus – Includes monitoring, managed antivirus, and web protection.

  • This service costs $120.00 for the first year and just $100.00 a year for each year after that. It includes 1 hour of remote support for each machine that is enrolled in the service within its 12 months of coverage.
  • We calculate our remote support service utilizing tickets generated by the user/client utilizing the ticket portal at www.sysquickcare.com and in fifteen minute increments once opened or started by SysQuick technician.
  • After the one hour has been used which on average happens as a result of 3-6 tickets, we bill at a discounted rate of $35.00 an hour in which we require a $35.00 or “one hour minimum” for each ticket, so we suggest compiling a list of at least three issues prior to submitting the ticket. This also includes daily health checks that are dictated automatically by Max Focus / Solar Winds based on liabilities published by software providers.
